happy new year, 2008! :)
new yr eve's countdown was really really great! esp with the company of may, irene, yuling and dixon! not forgetting the 2 of them too, derick and frank!=) haha. we spent our night at downtown east as there's this countdown party going on there and its also nearer to our hses.okay, except for irene's=X
mmmm.. i met may around 6.40pm on bus 21, met yl around 7pm at downtown while irene was real late! haha. but in the end, we all met at KFC for dinner. derick and frank met us there too. and so after dinner, we headed to D' Marquee where the countdown is held. initially it was a lil boring bcos of some singers they had there.they even sang S.H.E's bu xiang zhang da WRONGLY! wth. but when it was around 11pm, the atmosphere was much much better when me and my buds returned from drinks at platinum lounge=)
hosts like danny yeo and jamie yeo got us entertained, and later on came jocie guo-__- haha. okay, im not discriminating against her here. yea. haha. but we all got rather high in some parts and caught one of the big balloons that she threw. thanks to the very-high MAY! LOL. countdown was really great and after 12am, the party starts! then, dixon left around 1am while yl left around 2am. kinda clubbed there, and everyone was perspiring like hell due to the crowd and dancing. LOL. danced till close 3am, and since there wasnt any buses home, we didnt wanna cab home either. so we rested after that for a lil while at burger king and derick and frank left around 3plus. then, may irene and i went macdonalds to slack, chat, eat, played cards. haha. headed for the first bus around 5.30am, reached home before 6am and managed to slp around 6plus :)
